HEY GUYS, I'M SORRY BUT I HAVE TWO BIG BOILS THE WEEKEND OF THE 17TH FOR LONGTIME CUSTOMERS, AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY TIME FOR DOING DELIVERIES OR FOR ANY SORT OF PICKUP.
WE WILL RESUME SELLING AND DELIVERING SACKS ON MARCH 24TH.
THE 10/3 DELIVERIES WENT REALLY WELL.

I NEED YOUR ORDER BY the previous WEDNESDAY.
WE USUALLY START ON THE LAST WEEKEND IN FEBRUARY OR THE FIRST WEEKEND IN MARCH DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.
Hopefully we will have plenty of crawfish for that weekend.
I can deliver them to you on Saturday morning, usually between 8:00am and noon

Ten years ago my son Josh and I started the Austin Crawfish Company.
We figured we could have some fun, make a lot of people happy
and maybe pick up a little walking around money.
Now, ten seasons later, our boils are critically acclaimed,
and we even have a cadre of faithful fans.
Nearly every boil we do, someone will tell us that,
"Those are the best tasting crawfish I have ever had."
We have a unique blend of spices that,
combined with our boil and soak cooking style,
creates a consistently outstanding product whether it's 300 lbs or 3,000 lbs.
AND IF YOU WANT TO COOK THEM YOURSELF---
We also sell lots of live crawfish by the sack.
They come from a family owned rice farm near Crowley Louisiana.
Their fields are fed with well water and professionally managed.
The mudbugs are harvested on Thursday morning, sacked up the same day,
and shipped to us in their refrigerated truck that evening.
We deliver to our customers on Saturday morning.
You will not find fresher or healthier crawfish in the Austin market place.
**If you would like to have some mudbugs delivered to you for your boil,
you must send me a text
I need your name, phone number, the delivery address,
how many sacks you want and the date you want them.
I will confirm your order and talk to you about the timing of the delivery.
For a Saturday delivery, I need your order by Wednesday of that week!!!
